Seafood Wine Dinner

Join us for a 4-course meal featuring French wines and excellent seafood dishes in our wonderful Palm Room.

Tickets are $125 and include the full 4-course meal and wine paired with each dish. Local raw oyster topped with smoked salmon mousse, creme fraiche, and salmon roe paired with a glass of Crement.

Starter | Amuse

Local raw oyster topped with smoked salmon mousse, creme fraiche, and salmon roe paired with a glass of Crement.

1st course | Coquilles Saint-Jacques Scallops

Decadent Coquilles Saint-Jacques Scallops paired with a crisp white wine.

2nd course | Swordfish

Pan Seared Swordfish on pea puree, a crispy farro cake, and
paired with one red and one white wine


3rd course | Dessert Cheese Board

Dessert cheese board- three dessert cheese, infused honey,
house-made jam, candied nuts, and chocolate-infused foie gras
mousse with green chartreuse dust paired with a dessert wine.
